Bitvisa Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Bitvisa platform (bitvisa.club) and all associated services. Bitvisa is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh.

Opening an account on Bitvisa is completely free. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. If an account is created using false details, Bitvisa reserves the right to close that account at any time and forfeit any funds held in it.

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited. Your mobile number and email address will be used for verification at the time of registration.

• Use a strong password to keep your account secure.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Keep the mobile number registered to your account active at all times.

The Bitvisa platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. You must confirm that you are at least 18 years old when registering. If a minor opens an account using false information, that account and all associated transactions will be cancelled.

Bitvisa may request a government-issued ID or other documentation to verify your age at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposits on Bitvisa can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200, and the maximum limit is determined by your account type.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Additional verification may extend this timeframe. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

• Account verification is required to make a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bitvisa reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if any suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — funds can only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name.

Bitvisa offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with specific terms that you should read carefully before claiming.

To withdraw bonus funds, you are generally required to wager 20 to 30 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement). The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated on the bonus page.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Bonus validity periods are generally between 7 and 30 days.
• VIP members receive higher bonuses and lower wagering requirements.
• Bitvisa reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

All games on Bitvisa are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and regularly audited by independent third parties. Every game outcome is completely fair and unpredictable.

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay (such as a server outage or disconnection), that round will be considered void and your stake will be refunded. However, if the game had already been completed, the result will stand as final.

• Intentionally disconnecting during a game will be treated as a breach of terms.
• The use of bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with support within 48 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bitvisa platform. Any such activity detected will result in immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to another person's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the game software or website.
• Colluding or conspiring with other users to cheat.
• Using a false identity or operating an account in someone else's name.
• Cyberattacks or DDoS attacks against the platform.

Bitvisa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

If an account is closed, any legitimate balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned. However, during an investigation, funds may be held for up to 30 days.

Bitvisa strives to deliver the highest quality of service through its platform. However, Bitvisa is not liable for the following:

• Games lost due to the user's own internet connection being disrupted.
• Loss or damage caused by third-party software or device issues.
• Brief service interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• Losses resulting from insecure use of a user's own account.

In the event of any dispute, Bitvisa's decision shall be considered final. That said, we are always committed to resolving all issues in a fair and transparent manner.

Bitvisa believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not addiction. That is why we are deeply committed to responsible gaming. Our platform includes several protective tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
